U of L Triathalon Trianing Class

The University of Lethbridge fitness centre is teaching a Triathlon Training Class this fall and winter.  The class will be resistance
training and circuit training based in order to build off-season conditioning, specifically for triathletes.

2011 Road Race

The 2011 Provincial Road Race was completed under a gorgeous sunny southern Alberta summer day.  Seventy-two riders started the race.  Official results can be viewed by clicking on this link to the ABA website.
